Amelia was created from mohair. I custom dyed her a nice, old, blue-gray color. Her dress was created from vintage bunting material.

Listed on eBay is one of my cupboard hangers. I usually make teddy bear hangers around Christmas time, so I decided to make a dog this year. This is my French Bulldog. She measures 9" tall from the tip of the string to the bottom of the head. The Bulldog head measures 6" including the ears. I love this pieces! They look so cute hanging on a pie safe or on an old cupboard and of course on your tree.

New Prim bear on eBay ~Perfect for Christmas ~

I have a new Primitive antique style bear listed on eBay now. His name is Thomas. He turned out so cute. He has a very slumpy tummy, just like an old bear should. I have him listed in a 3 day auction which will end this Sat Dec 10th. It's almost the 10th, Yikes! Better get to Christmas shopping. You might want to put Thomas under your Christmas tree this year, so stop by and take a peek. :)

I listed my other 12" bear last night on ebay. His name is Pippin, and I think it suits him perfectly. He comes tucked away in his grungy old Christmas stocking.

It's a Christmas Open House....

I'm so excited! This month on the TDIPT mercantile we are having our 3rd annual Christmas open house. This year's theme is "a Colonial Christmas"....perfect for all of the primitive and Early American lovers. :)
